I’m a designer focused on curating meaningful and useful experiences for folks and championing the design process. I’ve lead the design strategy for UKG’s Alerts & Notifications and have now taken on leading Payment Services and the Employee Pay experience.
During the design process, I’m passionate about understanding the business ask, why it’s being done, and how this affects our user experience, interaction model, and overall suite experience. I’m a huge advocate for the design process and ensuring decisions made align with the greater product vision.
it’s important to me that all voices are heard and I value building lasting cross-functional relationships with individual contributors and leaders.
Outside of design
I live in Portsmouth, NH with my husband and our pup, where we enjoy nature and beaches around us in the Seacoast. We’re typically checking out new food spots or training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu together.
I enjoy traveling and learning about the arts, culture, and history of places I visit. Pictured above was a photo I took as I was leaving Positano, remembering all the stairs I had to climb and thinking, “that was so worth it.”
I’m starting to get into making espresso and lattes at home while building up my cooking skills. Combined with my love of photography, it’s been a fun journey documenting all this along the way.
I’m also a photographer who recently took a step back from weddings! I mainly specialize in lifestyle and portrait sessions now. What I love most about photography is being able to capture moments in time when people are their genuine, authentic selves; I strive to create a safe space for people to be their most confident selves.
